Hermes v0.21.6 is the first cut from the new stable pipeline: a GitHub release, a Docker image, a receipt tag. The Updating section names nousresearch/hermes-agent:stable (or :latest). Desktop, Termux, and the Microsoft Store stay on the previous bundled build. This GitHub release uploaded no build artifacts; the automatic source zip and tarball still exist.

Matching that GitHub tag on Docker Hub currently pulls a different image. Hub JSON fetched Thu, 08 Oct 2026 17:03 UTC has :stable and :latest at digest sha256:9774f4f3…, the same list as rc.4-v0.21.6, last pushed 12:08 UTC. The v0.21.6 tag is another list, sha256:55e192fb…, pushed at 06:26 UTC. I queried Hub; I did not run either image.
